Dear YCC Ogden and Forest Lawn Families,

A quick note to keep you up to date!

1. Fresh Routes market is selling below market produce from 3pm-5pm tomorrow (Friday) from the Forest lawn garage, at the back of the house. (2620 40 St. SE) Fresh Routes will be set up in the back alley. Everyone is welcome!!

We’d love to meet you and your friends and family and hope to see you there! The food will be inexpensive and nourishing!

2. Lots of new ladies clothes in Forest Lawn too. Come get them from the giveaway room anytime we are open (2:30 to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 12:00 to 5pm Friday).

3. No vapes. Please help us keep vapes out of the hands of the kids. We don’t check backpacks but if we see vapes we take them away and a parent can collect the vapes anytime.

5. Physical and emotional safety. We are always reminding the kids that kindness is important. We won’t allow (and we keep an eye out for) any kind of bullying or disregard for the feelings of others. We have been having issues at the centres and are very carefully watching for kids who are unkind towards others. And we send the kids home!

6. Closure days.

Ogden is closed Friday May 8th for spring cleaning.

Forest Lawn is closed Friday May 22nd for spring clean up.

BOTH centres are closed on Monday May 18th for the long weekend holiday.
