Hi, my name is Olena Martynova and I came from Ukraine to Canada with my family in 2023.

First my oldest daughter Yeva started coming to YCC with her friends when she was 11, then her younger sister Miia joined and I got to learn more about the staff and kids that come there. After a while I became a worker helping in the kitchen and now my daughter Yeva works as one of the senior kids that help out with the younger kids.

As a mom of two girls I try my best to make tasty, healthy food for the kids and make sure they have a great time at YCC. I am very grateful for everything this place has done for us and other families!
